Custom woven patches are created using the same manufacturing method as fabric: weaving. Warp and weft threads intersect to create your custom woven patches, reproducing your personalisation with the right thread colors. Custom woven patches offer the advantage of being able to accurately reproduce fine details or small letters. The visual appearance of small elements is sharper than with embroidery, for example.
Weaving provides a unique look to the front of your patches.
The bright colors of the threads are chosen from a wide palette to match your logo colors.
Once woven, the edges of your patches can be laser-cut to keep a smooth surface with a neat edge.
Alternatively, a merrow border can be applied around the edges of your woven patches.

Do you need a heat-seal woven patch? Or rather self-adhesive?
Everyone wears and uses their woven patches in their own way. So, you have the choice of their backing finish among 5 types.
Do you have a high-temperature press? Use it to permanently attach your patches to garments without sewing.
The back of your patches has a heat-seal layer that will fuse with the fabric under the heat and pressure of your press.
Perfect for sewing your patch onto a garment. We will not provide any special finish on the back of the patch to facilitate needle sewing.
Please note that some threads may remain visible.
Removable at will, the patch with velcro offers you total freedom. Just a simple "scratch"... and it can be easily removed or firmly attached to your garments!
Tip: Remember to choose the color of your hook & loop based on the color of the garment where your patch will be placed. This way, the velcro won't stand out from the fabric when you remove your patch.
