Custom PVC patches are an excellent alternative to traditional embroidered patches. PVC is molded to the shape of your logo, creating a unique, custom rubber patch. Both 2D and 3D PVC patches reproduce the details of your design with texture. 3D PVC patches have a domed, embossed effect, while 2D patches have a flat texture.
To make a custom PVC patch, a unique mold of the logo is first created. Molten PVC is then injected into the mold under high pressure and allowed to cool and solidify into the desired shape.

Do you have a high-temperature press? Use it to permanently attach your patches to garments without sewing.
The back of your patches has a heat-seal layer that will fuse with the fabric under the heat and pressure of your press.
The back of the patch retains its smooth PVC surface, without any specific finish. You can still sew it onto a garment using the groove provided on the front.
Removable at will, the patch with velcro offers you total freedom. Just a simple "scratch"... and it can be easily removed or firmly attached to your garments!
Tip: Remember to choose the color of your hook & loop based on the color of the garment where your patch will be placed. This way, the velcro won't stand out from the fabric when you remove your patch.

The patch with self-adhesive backing can be stuck and removed multiple times... without excessive use! The delicacy of the adhesive surface exposes it to some wear and tear.
2D & 3D PVC patches provide a texture molding to your logo. Custom 3D PVC patches are domed, as if inflated, while 2D PVC patches have a flat texture.
Custom patches made of PVC are flexible, so they fit perfectly on fabric.

Both 2D & 3D PVC patches offer embossed customisation. The surface off the relief is flat in the case of 2D PVC patches, while it is curved for 3D PVC patches. The difference lies in the inflated effect of 3D PVC.
